This is required because:

• your progress and ranking (ELO) are stored
• duels are played asynchronously
• you can play with friends and track your stats

You can sign up quickly using email or social login.

Yes, QuizRivals is free to play.

We offer optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items, such as avatar customizations. These purchases are completely optional and do not affect gameplay or fairness.

There are no ads in the app.

We only collect the data necessary to run the game, such as your account details and gameplay activity.

Your data is:

• stored securely on servers within the EU
• used to provide gameplay features and improve the app
• never sold to third parties

You can delete your account in two ways:

In the app:

• Go to your profile settings.
• Select "Delete Account".

Your data will be deleted within a reasonable time as part of our regular deletion process.

To make sure you can always start a game quickly, QuizRivals may match you with automated opponents.

These opponents:

• behave like regular players
• help avoid long waiting times

You'll still get the full gameplay experience.

We use AI systems to generate a large and constantly growing question pool.

While we aim for high quality, occasional mistakes can happen.
